If you’re a fan of deep-fried dill pickle chips, this cheesy version is sure to become a favorite. Quick to prepare, this tasty snack is one that the whole family will savor.

  • Shredded Cheese2 cups
  • Dill Pickle Chips24 - 36
  • Blackening Seasoning1 tbsp.
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Pat 24 - 36 dill pickle chips dry on a few paper towels.
  3. Grab a non-stick 12-cup muffin tin and spray with non-stick cooking spray if desired.
  4. Fill each cup with a big pinch of shredded cheese.
  5. Top each cheese cup with two or three dill pickle chips.
  6. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning blend into each cup and top with more cheese to cover the pickles.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and browned.
  8. OPTIONAL: After baking, remove each cheesy pickle chip from the muffin tin and place them in the air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes for extra crisp.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or Tangy Alabama White Sauce.
