Indulge in gooey Biscoff S’mores Squares, blending biscoff, marshmallows, and chocolate in a delicious treat!

  • Unsalted butter1/2 cup, softened
  • Sugar3/4 cup
  • Large egg1
  • Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour1 1/2 cups
  • Graham cracker crumbs1 cup
  • Biscoff cookies8, crumbs
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate bars3 full bars
  • Marshmallow fluff1 cup
  • Mini marshmallows1 cup
  • Biscoff spread1/2 cup
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (200°C). Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, biscoff cookie crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix to combine without overmixing.
  5. Press ⅔ of the crust mixture into the baking pan.
  6. Place the chocolate bars onto the crust, leaving a ¼-½ inch space around the border and between the chocolate bars.
  7. Spread the marshmallow fluff over the chocolate bars, followed by the mini marshmallows.
  8. Crumble the remaining ⅓ of the crust mixture over the fluff.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the biscoff spread.
  10. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  11. Cool completely in the baking pan before cutting into bars.
