These air-fryer sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect as a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free snack or side dish.

  • Sweet potatoes2 large (600g)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Sweet smoked paprika½ teaspoon
  • Sea saltA pinch
  • Black pepperA pinch
  1. Wash the sweet potatoes; there's no need to peel them.
  2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1cm-thick chips.
  3. Place the chips in the large drawer of the air fryer.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sweet smoked paprika, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Toss everything together to coat the fries.
  6. Cook at 190°C for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the fries are golden and cooked through.
