Get appThese air-fryer sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect as a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free snack or side dish.
- Sweet potatoes2 large (600g)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sweet smoked paprika½ teaspoon
- Sea saltA pinch
- Black pepperA pinch
- Wash the sweet potatoes; there's no need to peel them.
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1cm-thick chips.
- Place the chips in the large drawer of the air fryer.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sweet smoked paprika, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Toss everything together to coat the fries.
- Cook at 190°C for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the fries are golden and cooked through.
