  • Mozzarella Prosciutto Sandwich
  • Sourdough loaf1
  • Arugula2 cups
  • Lemon juice½ lemon, juiced
  • Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Heirloom tomato1
  • Prosciutto8 slices
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese8 oz
  • Balsamic glaze1 tablespoon
  • Hot honey1 tablespoon
  1. Mozzarella Prosciutto Sandwich
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the arugula with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the heirloom tomato.
  4. Cut the sourdough loaf into four sections, and each section in half. Remove some of the bread from the center of each section.
  5. Layer seasoned arugula on the bottom slice of the bread, add a tomato slice, then top with prosciutto and torn mozzarella.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze and hot honey over the mozzarella before placing the top slice of bread to close the sandwich.
  7. Serve immediately.
