  1. Method
  2. Beat the sugar and the egg yolk until you get a light and fluffy mixture.
  3. Add the mascarpone and mix with an electric whisk until completely combined.
  4. Form the dry savoiardi with a pastry ring and place them on the serving plate to start assembling the tiramisu.
  5. Soak the savoiardi in the coffee for a few seconds, making sure they do not become too soft.
  6. Spread a generous layer of mascarpone cream and continue with the second layer, repeating the order of the ingredients.
  7. Finish with a decorative touch using a pastry bag with a teardrop nozzle.
  8. Place a stencil on top and dust the tiramisu and stencil with bitter cocoa.
  9. Gently remove the stencil and the pastry ring for final presentation.
