- Yellow onion1
- Onion soup mix1 packet
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Provolone cheese4 slices
- Dijonnaise sauce1/2 cup
- Brioche burger buns4
- Instructions
- Slice the onions and cook them on medium heat with olive oil until caramelized, for about 20-30 minutes.
- Mix the ground beef, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Form into 1-inch thick patties, pressing a small dimple in the center of each patty.
- Cook the patties on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, topping with cheese and covering until the cheese melts to desired internal temperature.
- Toast the buns on medium heat with olive oil and add dijonnaise sauce to the bottom bun. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty, topped with caramelized onions, between the buns and serve immediately.
