  • Calabrian chile oil½ teaspoon
  • Toasted sesame oil½ teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro1 cup (40 g) coarsely chopped
  • Cilantro stems2 teaspoons finely chopped
  • Maldon salt½ teaspoon
  • Extra-virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Ground Kampot peppercorns½ teaspoon
